King of the mountain

Sunday morning, I flew out to Bathurst, 207km west of Sydney, a town where our friend, Dave grew up and spent most of his early childhood life. But also the place where the Australia's motorsport racing legend, Peter Brock, crowned as the King of the Mountain, won a total of 9 Bathurst 1000 events. Sadly, the legendary race car driver was killed on 8th September 2006, while competing in a rally in Western Australia. Thousands of fans around Australia are flocking to Bathurst to pay their tribute to the king on top of Mount Panorama.
